AVAILABILITY AND RATES

APARTMENT CINQUE TERRE

RATES

Final cleaning are obligatory and independent from the length of stay. This cost is € 60.00 including bedlinen, towels and household linen
Apartment prices are up until 4 persons; one extra person may stay in this apartment for an additional € 5.00 per night (children up to 6 excluded)
Price includes: hot and cold water, electric consumption, gas for stoves and heating from 1 November to 15 April

MINIMUM STAY AND DISCOUNTS

The minimum stay is usually 4 nights
From 15/06 to 6/09 is 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday
From 23/03 to 2/04, from 18/05 to 14/06 and from 7/09 to 20/09 is 5 nights
From 5/05 to 17/05 and from 6/10 to 27/10 is 3 nights
The reservations for shorter stays are accepted only from the week before
During national festivities and holidays the minimum stay is to be agreed upon

From 7 to 13 nights……….. 5% Discount (from 15/06 to 6/09 excluded)
From 14 to 20 nights……..10% Discount
From 21 to 27 nights……..15% Discount
More then 28 nights……….20% Discount

TOURIST TAX

Since 2025, the municipal tourist tax has been in force
The amount is € 1.50 per person for the first 3 nights, then a maximum total of € 4.50 per person
Exempt from the tax are children up to the age of 14 (date of birthday) and persons recognised as disabled under current legislation
The tax must be paid in cash before departure and a receipt will be issued to be kept for 5 years

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Reservations are confirmed by the payment of the deposit not later than the required date

Deposit payment can be made by bank transfer or via PayPal (the PayPal fee is at your expense and is between 1% and 4.5% and depends on the country of origin of the payment)

Payment of the balance can be made a few days before your arrival by bank transfer, or upon arrival in cash, by PayPal (the PayPal fee is at your expense and is between 1% and 4.5% and depends on the country of origin of the payment) or by Visa, Mastercard or Pagobancomat cards (the cost of the service is at your expense and is 1.9%)

Any fee (bank commissions, credit cards, PayPal, currency conversion etc.) will be at your charge

CANCELLATION

Until 60 days before your arrival, total refund of the deposit received (so excluding any bank or other fee you paid)
Between 59 days and the day before your arrival, total refund of the deposit only if a new reservation for the same period is received
No refund from the arrival day on (no-show)

PETS

Pets are allowed and no extra charge is required
They can’t be left alone in the apartment and please, remeber to take all precautions for a graceful neighbourhood

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

It’s very important for us to know your arrival time because we are not always in, therefore we ask you to let us know it some day before

As a rule the apartments are available from h. 16.00 (4 p.m.), but if you arrive before, you can leave your bags and pick up the keys. We close the check-in at h. 19.00 (7 p.m.); if you think to arrive later, please contact us some day before to agree upon

Departures time is not later than 10.00 a.m. We ask you to keep it because we need time to make the apartment ready for the next guests

ROAD AND PARKING PLACE

The road from Montaretto (the nearest village) to here is 800 m long. It’s a dirt road, in some part narrow and steep, but there are not special risks; it’s enough to drive slowly and carefully. Please watch the video in the page how to reach us

The parking place is directly before the house and it’s allowed to park only one car per apartment; other cars must be parked in Montaretto
